Founded in 2002 IRSI /Larson & Associates is a privately owned corporation and is not affiliated with any other Relocation or Real Estate entities.

Ann loves her work! As a past owner of both a moving company and a full service relocation company her experience in both domestic and international relocations has given her a true insight on what relocating really means to an individual or family. Ann has assisted several corporations with the development of their Relocation policies and procedures and is a member of the E.R.C. (Employee Relocation Council). In addition Ann has earned her certification as both a CMC (Certified Moving Consultant) and CRP (Certified Relocation Professional).

Real Estate however, is the most rewarding to her. The creation of Larson & Associates Real Estate has allowed Ann the opportunity and flexibility to interact with her clients on a more personal level.

Harry Larson has been involved in Relocation Services for thirty years. He began working in the Moving and Storage side of the industry in 1975 evolving to a General manager of his own office in Anchorage, Alaska. Harry moved to Seattle, WA. in 1987. He became interested in the Real Estate market while living in Alaska and pursued a career in the industry in 1996. After working for two large Real Estate firms and realizing that each clients' Purchase and Sale is unique Harry earned his Broker designation. This allowed him the flexibility necessary to assist each client on an individual basis. Harry was the in-house broker for a relocation company and has a true understanding of the whole relocation process. He is currently Owner / Broker of Larson & Associates Real Estate, a division of Innovative Relocation Services, Inc. and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
